5th day..
Half-way!!!
I’ve lost 3 kg in 5 days..It’s quite good but now I have to do some sport.
Feel frustrated ‘cause I always think about food.
Well… I’ll survive!

I’ve almost reached the half-way!
Of course today too I’m hungry. But It’s less stressing knowing that i can’t eat solid food.
Results will come soon!
After this diet I want to integrate some veggies, vegetable proteins (I’m vegetarian) and a produce called herbalife. I’ll have to drink this beverage (chocolate taste) for dinner. It’s quite tasty, not as the beverage of liquid proteins that I’m drinking in this period -.-”
I’m already tired of this diet, but of course I won’t give up!
In addition to these liquid proteins I only drink green tea and barley coffee..no sugar of course..bleah!!!
It’s quite depressing..hope to see results very soon!
It’s ok. I’m quite starving but it’s tolerable..
I would like to love myself how I am now, but it’s difficult when people close to me say that I gain weight in the last period and that i need to lose some pounds (like my mother, a teacher of mine, I know my brother thinks that too, even if he doesn’t say nothing to me about this)
I feel constantly judged. That sucks!
Really want to change my state of mind and so my lifestyle!

It’s 4 am. I didn’t sleep yet, as always..
I’m so hungry, but I know, this time, that I won’t commit mistakes.
I have to stay strong for the next 10 days.
Gosh, I can’t eat anything but liquid protein diluted in water!! So disgusting =(
The next week I want to go again to my gym and training seriously.
After these 10 days I’ll be able to eat solid food, but only vegetables, and proteins (neither fruits ç____ç!!!)
Ok..I can do it! I have to!
I would just some support..

I became VEGAN and this lifestyle helps me to eat properly! I just refuse any kind of junk food of course, but specially MEAT..dead things.
And now I feel so better! I’m losing weight without any problems and I don’t think I’m doing a diet. I just started to respect animals and myself. I read a lot of studies about this argument and the choice was quite easy!
I don’t know.. try to inquiry about what happened to animals that we eat without any questions.. and maybe this could help you with your purpose of losing weight ;)
